The production process starts with the careful search for the top-quality varieties of raw coffee selected and picked by hand, in order to ensure best quality and reduce the beans imperfections to the minimum.
Bean roasting is slow and careful (about 20 minutes) for each one of the varieties that make up the various blends; they are then checked and tasted individually before becoming part of the marketed blends. The automatized packaging guarantees maximum hygiene and perfectly preserves the aromas until final consumption.
