In 2013 we founded the Varanini Coffee Academy, a landmark for coffee lovers and professionals. The Coffee Academy offers Latte Art & Barista lessons for those who wish to train to become a real professional Barista in Italy and abroad. The courses include both theory and practical lessons: behind bar counter exercises to get complete training. Everything is studied to transform learning into a journey within the world of coffee to discover the origins, features and secrets in various preparations. All lessons are held by top professional teachers (Italian Barista Champions) who are able to convey all their experience.
